A:Yes, the key will allow for product updates for

the life of the computer or installation.

Q:Will the key allow for tech support from

Microsoft?

A:Yes, the key will allow for telephone tech

support directly from Microsoft.

Q:Do I need to already own a copy of

software (Forexample:Windows 7 Professional)?

A:Yes, you need to have a RETAIL copy of

Windows 7 Professional.that you can

use to install the software on your PC. You will

use the product key purchased from us to

activate the software.

Q:Why would someone want to purchase

a product key without purchasing the software?

A:Most people who purchase additional product

keys do so to install and activate the software on

a second or third PC in the home.

Q:Why are the keys so inexpensive compared

to purchasing in a retail store or online?

A:We purchase volume keys and pass the savings

along to our customers. In a retail store, you are

purchasing a copy of the software and packaging

that you may already own.

Q:Will you send me a copy of the software?

A:No, This is not for a copy of the software.
